Ready, Set, Go!!!

As we all await the official start of the 2010-11 hockey season, we should all be thanking our lucky stars.


Back in 1945-46 the Leafs didn't play their home opener until October 27th, 1945. Most likely influenced by Major Conn Smythe, Maple Leaf Gardens had Private Ernest Smith from New Westminister, BC drop the first puck.
